Sample collection outside our operating areas attracts a travel charge or you can courier samples.
Soil testing questions
How often should I test?+
Every one to two years for most farms, or annually for intensive horticulture and greenhouses.
How long do results take?+
Typically five to ten working days from sample submission.
Can I take my own samples?+
Yes — we'll send you the sampling protocol. Poor sampling ruins good analysis, so follow it carefully.
Do you sell the fertiliser too?+
We can source it through the farm shop, but the recommendation is independent of what we supply.
